Nogent-le-Rotrou is a small town in North-Central France. Situated in the Perche forest, it has a generally pleasing surrounding, though the town itself is an example of the dilapidation of la France profonde.

The only interesting site of the town is the Chateau Saint-Jean from medieval times (built just shy of 1000 years ago).
