These photos are taken on a short trip to Orléans in North-Central France. Its beautiful cathedral and old city hall are the highlights. Orléans lies on the Loire river. Many are strolling on the Northern bank in the summer. Once one of the most important cities in France (during the medieval times), it's now a provincial town. Still, the old town is well-preserved.
